Laura Angel distinguishes herself from other European porn performers and models by way of her black-onyx hair, smoltering eyes and penetrating camera presence. Her adult acting debut started in 1998, since having starred in over a hundred films. The majority of her performances have been in the role of a protagonist. Much of Angel's notoriety has occured since the release of both Harcèlement au féminin and Alexia & Cie by Vidéo Marc Dorcel.

Prior to 2000, Angel capitalized her image through business involvement with Swedish company Private Media. where she was featured in adult films, such as Xtreme Desires, Hells Belles and Sex Shot. Angel even appeared in leather and other fetish-style clothing from time to time.

Besides being a singer, Laura is also fluent in five languages: English, French, German, Czech, and Slovak.
